It is with heavy hearts and sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother on Saturday, April 27, 2024, one month shy of her ninety-sixth year. Predeceased by her loving husband, Antonio Corrias. Left to cherish her memory are her beloved children Ana, Charles, Laura, Linda and Raffaele. Loving grandmother of Leila, Rafik, Yasmine, Walid and Iness Licia. Special great-grandmother of Noah Ayden. She also leaves to mourn her brother Jose and sister in law Eva her many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Our mother was devoted to her family in every way. Strong, resilient, and determined. She and our dad both born in Italy brought their young family over from Argentina to Canada to build a better life. She was a seamstress all her life and expressed herself through her needlepoints, impeccable cooking and her great passion for gardening. She was fiercely independent and took great pride in the accomplishments of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. We are incredibly blessed to have had our mother for so many years.

The family will receive condolences on May 5, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Also, on May 6, from 9:00 a.m., at the Urgel Bourgie/Athos Funeral Complex, 6700 rue Beaubien Est, Montreal.

A mass will be celebrated on May 6, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at the Missione Maria Auxiliatrice church located at 8550 Av. Joliot Curie, Montréal, QC H1E 4H7, followed by burial at the Repos Saint François d'Assise cemetery.
