It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jacques Marcotte on April 21, 2024 in Laval. He was the son of the late Georges Marcotte and the late Gabrielle Beauchamp, and the stepson of the late Charles Dominique Brousseau and the late Adrienne Manning.

He is survived by his wife Suzanne Brousseau Marcotte, son Jean-Marc (Annie Vallée) and daughter Carole, grandchildren Jonathan Marcotte, Mathieu Beaudoin (Laurence Simard) and Maggie Beaudoin. He is survived by his brother André, brother of the late Denise Marcotte, the late Daniel Marcotte and brother-in-law of the late André Brousseau (of the late Lucie Trépanier). He is also survived by nephews and nieces, cousins and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences at the Urgel Bourgie/ Athos Funeral Complex located at 3955 Côte de Liesse Road, Saint-Laurent, Quebec H4N 2N6 on April 26, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held the same day at 5:00 p.m. in the complex's funeral parlour.
