Pietro Sciotto

On Tuesday June 23, 2020 Pietro Sciotto, passed away peacefully at the age of 69.

He leaves us to rejoin his father Giuseppe, his Mother Biagia and his sister Francesca.
He will be lovingly remembered by his son Vince (Nina), his cherished grandchildren Domenico and Rosalia, his brother Tony (Patricia), his nephews Daniel (Christine), Joseph (Maria) and Marco (Stephanie) as well as other relatives and friends.

Peter`s last 15 years living with MS was not easy. We would like to say a special thank you to the Centre D`acceuil Lachine caregivers and staff for the special care and support given to Peter.

The funeral service will be private given the current government restrictions. On Sunday June 28, 2020, from 2pm to 5pm. A virtual service will also be available as of 5pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the volunteer committee of the Centre D`acceuil Lachine in his memory will be greatly appreciated.

To Peter's family, My colleagues and I from the Canadian Armed Forces wish to extend our most sincere condolences to you for the death of Mr Sciotto. We greatly enjoyed working with him and will always remember his friendliness and positive attitude. Mr Sciotto brightened our days and we looked forward to seeing him every time we walked into work. Dearest Tony and Family, We are very saddened to have just heard the news of Peter’s passing. Our sincerest condolences are extended to you and the entire family. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. While we have not seen Peter for several years, we have very fond memories of the times we spent together with our united families.
