Robert BrayRitual recording
With deep sadness, the family of Robert Douglas Bray announce his passing on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at the age of 78.
Loving father of Ashley and Keith, grandfather to Breanna and Kylie. He will also be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Lorraine Howell, his mother Mary Hepburn Bray, and siblings Jimmy, Kenneth, Georgina, and Phyllis. Robbie was born in Montreal in 1942 and grew up in Griffintown.
He worked his whole career as a Customs Broker, including many years at the Dorval Airport and was a loving father to his many foster children. Robbie reminded us all about the great value of hard work, love, and family. He left his mark in many ways; he loved sports, spending summers at Blue Haven Campground, and lived to watch his children and grandchildren dance and play sports. He will be remembered for his sense of humour and for being the life of the party. May we all raise a glass and have a little dance in his honour.
Due to the current pandemic restrictions, a small, private ceremony will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd at 2:00pm with visitation starting at 12:30pm. Only invited family and friends will be able to attend the service in person. Others may access the service online at https://funeraweb.tv/en/diffusions/athos/15245 password 8124679.
