Maria ( Marietta ) passed away peacefully on June 2 2009, in Laval, Quebec at the age of 100 years. She was predeceased by her husband Nascenzio.

Marietta is survived and will be sorely missed by her children, Elisabeth (Don),Rita (Paul), Joe (Civita), her seven grandchildren : Donna Maria, Jo Ann, Anthony (Caroline), Teresa ( Luciano ), Ronald ( Mary ) Maria, Robert (Cheryl),and her eight great grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her loving sister Albertine and her brother Nick. She was predeceased by her brother Joe, Guerino and Albert.
