With a full and sad heart, we regret to announce the passing of the phenomenal Ms. Catherine Lee, (aka Mon Buffonge) 104, of Salem, Montserrat. She passed away on January 3, 2025, in Chateauguay, QC.

She loved her family from the depths of her heart and is survived by three children, Irene, Samuel & Delrose, her 25 Grandchildren, multiple Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and many Beloved Friends.

She openly shared her loving heart, taking time to converse with a willing ear. The endless list of loved ones who called her Granny Katie were deeply impacted by her wisdom and guidance. Her greatest joy was sharing her love and gratitude for Jesus.

The family will receive condolences on January 14, 2025, from 2-5pm & 7-9pm at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex located at 1275 Dollard Ave, Lasalle, Quebec H8N 2J1.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held at the same funeral complex the following day, January 15 starting at 1 p.m.

She will be buried afterward at 3pm at the Jardin Urgel Bourgie Cemetery located at 3955 Cote-de-Liesse in Saint Laurent, QC H4N 2N6.
