Heleni Douranos-Georgantas
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife and mother Mrs. Heleni Douranos-Georgantas, on December 19th, 2024, in Laval. She was born on December 26th,1936, in Lygourio, Argolida, Greece where she met and married her loving husband of 62 years, Mr. Georges Georgantas.
In addition to her husband, she leaves to mourn her beloved children Mary (Nick) and John. She was also the mother of the late Angelo Georgantas. She is also survived by her sister-in-laws Olga (Ioannis) and Poppy (Dimitrios), the many nephews and nieces and other relatives and dear friends in Canada, Greece and the USA.
The family will receive condolences on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025, from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, located at 1255 avenue Beaumont, Mont-Royal, Québec H3P 3J1.
The funeral mass will take place on Friday, January 3rd, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, located at 3780 du Souvenir, Chomedey, Laval, Québec, H7V 1Y3.
The burial will follow the mass at 11:30 a.m. at Urgel Bourgie cemetery, located at 2500 avenue des Perron, Laval, Québec H7J 1G2.
