It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Maria Maratta on April 22, 2024 in Montreal. She was the beloved wife of Mr. Dante Maratta.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children John (Natalie) and Rosemary (Xavier), her grandchildren Christina (Daniel), Alessia, Dylan (Camille) and Elsa.

She is also survived by her brothers Pietro (Maria) and Pasquale (Jean), sister Carmelina (Antonio), nephews and nieces, and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on May 1, 2024, from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien Street East, Montreal. A mass will be celebrated on May 2, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. in the complex chapel, followed by interment in Notre-Dame-des-Neiges cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. DONATIONS
