Anthony Colantonio
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anthony Colantonio, who went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 25, 2024 at the age of 58.
He leaves behind his beloved wife Mireille, his beloved daughter Lisa Marie, his son Michael (Melissa) and his two grandchildren Julia and Matteo.
He will be sadly missed by his parents John and Carmela Colantonio, his brother John, his sister Lena (François), his sister Anna-Maria, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, his many nieces and nephews, as well as the many friends and family members who crossed his path throughout his life.
Anthony lived a good life and touched many people with the beautiful music he made with his saxophone. We know he is in a better place, heaven, where there is no pain or suffering.
Visitation will be held at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Home, 6700 Beaubien Street East, Montreal, on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, from 2 to 5 and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., and on Thursday, February 29, from 12:30 p.m. onwards. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, followed by the funeral procession to Le Repos Saint-François d'Assise cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Anthony's memory to Provision Laval would be appreciated.
