Lorna Canavan
It is with great sadness and much love that the family of Lorna MacEachen (née Canavan), announce that Lorna died peacefully in Brossard on November 4, 2023.
Lorna leaves to mourn her spouse, John MacEachen, her children, Colleen, Matthew, Michael, Jennifer, and Jung Yeun, her 7 grandchildren, Alyssa, Elisabeth, James, Ayden, Clara, Jackson and Charlie, family members, her dear friend Pat, close friends, and all members of her faith community at St. Mary’s church.
Her parents, Rita Canavan (née Whitaker) and Lorne Canavan, her beloved cousin Mary, and her beloved friend, Diane, predeceased Lorna.
The cremation took place on November 7th 2023 in St. Laurent.
Lorna’s family will welcome you at 10 AM, Saturday, December 9, 2023, at St. Mary’s Church in Greenfield Park. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 AM, and a reception ending at 3:30 PM will follow at the same location.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to H.O.P.E (Helping Other People Effectively) or to The Montreal Shriners Hospital.
