It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Francine Benoit on November 2, 2023 in Montreal. She was retired from the Journal de Montréal.
She is survived by her husband Gaston Létourneau, sister Diane (Jean-Pierre Chalifoux), brother Denis (Sylvie Barsetti), sister-in-law Nicole and brother-in-law Robert, nephew Gabriel Barsetti-Benoit, niece Audrey Barsetti-Benoit, as well as many relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences at the Urgel Bourgie/ Athos Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien Street, on November 12, 2023, from 12:00 to 4:30 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 4:30 p.m. the same day in the complex chapel.
