Kenneth Cambridge

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Kenny Cambridge – Brother, Husband, Dad, Grampy.
On October 1st, at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, QC, with his wife, son and daughter at his side, a 4-year battle with cancer proved too much to overcome despite his courageous and determined fight against the disease.

Kenny leaves behind his wife and best friend, Edna, his daughter Janet and son Andrew (Tracy). Also left behind are his grandsons, Brayden and Logan, who kept Grampy smiling through his last days. He will be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters, Ronnie (Karen), Carol, Debbie (Danny), and Glen (Lisa) as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. We take comfort in knowing that he is now reunited with his mother Barbara, and his brothers Bobby and Terry who we have previously lost.
While growing up in Pointe-Saint-Charles (The Point), Kenny was “The Rock” of his family, giving and sacrificing, for his mother and siblings. He continued to give all he had, to his wife, daughter and son throughout his life. While he may be gone, his impact on our lives will live on forever. We are all better because we had him in our lives!

A special thank you to the medical and nursing staff at the Jewish General Hospital for the care that was received from the Oncology, Dialysis, and Palliative Care departments.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Jewish General Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

The family will receive condolences on Friday October 13 from 5-8pm and on Saturday October 14 from 10-noon followed by a celebration of life at noon-1pm at Urgel Bourgie - Feron Lasalle Funeral Complex located at 1275 Ave Dollard, Lasalle, QC.

“DAD – a daughter’s first LOVE and a son’s first HERO”

We will miss you Kenny/Dad/Grampy!
