Andrée Gélinas
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrée (Dédé) Gélinas on September 9 at the age of 88.
She leaves to mourn her children, Marie Brillon, the late Gilles Brillon (Nadine Perrin) and Alain Brillon (Pascale Navarro), her grandsons Charles-Philippe Viau (Shanti O'donoughue) and Bruno Navarro-Brillon and her great-grandchildren. -children Ellie, Raphael and Florence as well as nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will be at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 1255 avenue Beaumont, Montreal, Quebec, H3P 3J1, on November 11, 2023 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., to allow everyone to share their memories of Dédé.
Dédé spent the last years of his life at the CHSLD Saint-Laurent, where a multitude of nurses, attendants and recreation managers, through their dedication and great generosity, made his days peaceful and happy.
This is why we invite you, if you wish, to send an In Memoriam donation in his name to The Garcia Foundation, whose mission is “to improve the quality of life of residents in long-term care as well as “active support for people in palliative care, for the entire community of Bordeaux-Cartierville–Saint-Laurent”.
