Modesto Iorio
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Modesto Iorio on September 28, 2023 at the age of 89, a week short of his 90th birthday.
He leaves to mourn his wife, Maria, his daughters Cristina (John) and Cathy (Bryan), his grandchildren Anthony (Diana), Amanda, Rebecca and Valerie, and his great grandson Arlo.
Predeceased by his sisters Teresina and Maria; he also leaves behind his sisters Lucia and Michelina, in Italy.
He will be deeply missed by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, October 4th from 4pm to 9 pm at Urgel Bourgie Athos located at 1275 Dollard Ave, LaSalle. A funeral celebration will take place on October 5th 2023 at 11am at Madre dei Cristiani Church located at 1600 Thierry, LaSalle. The burial will follow at 1 pm at Côte-Des-Neiges cemetery in the Esther Blondin Mausoleum.
