It is with profound sadness that the family of Gilles Roy from Lasalle mourn his peaceful passing on Wednesday, April 6, 2023, at the age of 86 years surrounded by his loved ones. He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 64 years Thérèse; his daughter Audrey-Ann (Daniel); his grand-children Sabrina (Philippe) and Jonathan, his step-grand-children Brandon and Laurie. His brother Armand (Louise), as well as numerous other family members and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Alexandre Roy and Rita Ravary.

A Celebration of Gilles’s Life will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 12:00 pm, at the Urgel Bourgie - Athos Complexe Funéraire LaSalle, 1275 Dollard Ave. Lasalle, Québec, H8N 2J1 which will be followed by a small reception.

The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at the Lasalle General Hospital for their care and compassion.
