Giuseppina Contenta (née Rossi)
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Giuseppina Rossi Contenta, who passed away suddenly on February 20. A beloved mother and grandmother, she was active and full of life until her last moment with us. She was 89, and predeceased by her husband Mario Contenta and daughter-in-law Giovanna Tiranardi.
Her passion, dedication to family and boundless energy will be deeply missed by her sons Luciano, Sandro (Naty) and Cataldo (Carmelina), her grandchildren Vanessa (Andreas), Pamela, Luca, Julia (Daniel) and Mario, her great-granddaughters Victoria and Eva, and many relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences at a viewing on Monday Feb. 27 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Urgel Bourgie funeral home, 6700 Rue Beaubien in Montreal.
