Simon Lortie
Passed away on Saturday December 1, 2007 in Montreal at the age of 30.
He is survived by his loving family, mother Anna-Maria, father George, brother David and grand-mother Filomena as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and colleagues.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday December 8, 2007 at 3 p.m. at Holy Family Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations requested to Association des Paraplégiques du Québec. Both Funeral Parlor and Church are wheel chair accessible.
