Francesco Scalia
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Francesco Scalia, on July 27th 2022 in Montreal, at the age of 77 years. He was the husband of the late Monique Compagna. We will always remember his sense of humour, his generosity and his joy of living.
He leaves to mourn his sister Santa (Michele) and his brother Giovanni (Elena) as well as many nephews, nieces, family and friends.
The family will receive the condolences at the Urgel Bourgie funeral home, 6700 Beaubien East, Montreal, on Sunday, July 31st from 4 :00pm to 9 :00pm and on Monday, August 1st, from 8:30am to 9:30am, followed by the funerals at 10:00 am in St-René Goupil Church, 4251 Rue du Parc René Goupil, Montreal.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to make a donation at the Fondation de l’Institut de Cardiologie de Montréal.
