It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lucia Lonigro age 85, born in Valenzano, Italy.
She entered peacefully into rest, early on Sunday, May 2nd, 2021, at the Santa Cabrini Hospital.
Beloved wife to (late) Antonio De Frenza, Mother of Anna (Franco Bellomo) and Joe (Joanne De La Fosse). Loving Grandmother to Maryanne Bellomo, Joey Bellomo and Anthony De Frenza. Adoring Great Grandmother of Julian, Evan and Alyssa (Anghel), Logan and Nathan (Bellomo).
Lucia Lonigro was generous and caring towards the less fortunate and was devoted to her family.
Due to current circumstances, a Private Viewing will take place on May 19, 2021 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Urgel Bourgie/ Athos (Beaubien), followed by a Private Mass at 11:00 AM, taking place at Mount Carmel Parish in Saint Leonard.
Lucia Lonigro will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Saint Frère André Mausoleum, located in the Saint Francis of Assisi Cemetery (Montreal, Quebec).
