Peacefully, with her husband Calder, of 53 years by her side, Eileen passed away on September 13th, 2020. Mother to Brendan Black (Pointe Claire) and Tara Cole (Massachusetts), Nanny to Maegan and Connor (Massachusetts). Daughter of the late Patrick Carroll and Mary Joyce. Survived by her brother Frank (Maureen), predeceased siblings John, Dennis (Jean), and Patrick (Felicity). Survived by her best friend of 72 years, Frances Paquette Hanson (James).

Service to be held on October 17th, 2020 at Feron's/Urgel Bourgie, 1275 Dollard Ave, Lasalle. Visitation 2:00-4:00, Service at 4:00.
