Peter Robertson
It is with great sadness we announce the passing In Montreal, on Saturday October 10, 2020 of JAMES “UNCLE PETER” ROBERTSON A.K.A. MON ONCLE or simply, PETER. Born in 1930 to Charles Leslie Robertson and Henriette Granger, he was the beloved brother to his sister Emily Ann (Gilles Dubé) and brothers André (Denise Dufresne) and Granger (Micheline Chassé).
Never married, Peter leaves to mourn, his nieces and nephews, Marc (Kim), Robert (Nicole), Ann Marie and Catherine (Tim), Dubé, Jean, Mike (Marlene) Leslie Ann (Jeff) and Paul Robertson, 8 grand nieces and nephews as well as countless extended close friends and family members too numerous to mention.
Always greeted enthusiastically, Peter was a social butterfly. He adored children, maintained many lifelong relationships, held great parties and to those who were close to him, he left a trail of good memories the likes of which even he could never imagine. Victim of a major stroke some 30 years ago, he would not be sidelined, Peter adapted well, led a productive life and never looked back. He will be greatly missed.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions visitation and funeral will be by invitation with a live funeral video simulcast for those who cannot attend.
Visitation will begin at 10:00am followed by a celebration of life at 12:00pm on Saturday October 17, 2020 at Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 1275 Dollard, LaSalle, Quebec H8N 2J1.
