Assunta Gaudio (née Santelli)
The family of Assunta Santelli Gaudio is saddened to announce her passing in Montreal on August 23rd 2020 at 100 years of age. She had been a loving wife to the late Giuseppe Gaudio.
She will be dearly missed and remembered by children Connie and Luigi (Pasqualina), her grandchildren Daniela, Patricia, Wesley (Maria) and Sylvia (Nicholas), her great-grandchildren Julia, Fabrizio, Mila and Chloe, her many nieces and nephews, as well as other family members and friends.
She was a simple and selfless person who always put her family’s needs before her own and remained fiercely independently even in the last decade of her life.
Visitations will take place on Thursday August 27th from 2 to 5 pm and from 7 to 10 pm, at Urgel Bourgie - St-François d'Assise Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien Street E, Montreal. The funeral service will take place on Friday the 28th of August at 10 am at St-Donat Church, 6805, rue de Marseille, Montreal.
