Maria Stella Ricci (née Ciocca)
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Stella Ciocca. Beloved wife of the late Pasquale Ricci. Cherished mother of Maria (Jeff Orsten), Carmela (Tony Cacioppo), Luisa (Peter Bozzo), Eva (Livio Pasin) and her late son Giuseppe. She passed
away in Montreal on April 19, 2020 at the age of 90.
She will be dearly missed by her children and grandchildren Jack, Alexander, Jeremy, Julia, David James, Charles Xavier, Kiara, Liana, and also by her sister Giovanna Poce, as well as many relatives and friends.
She will forever be remembered for her loving heart, her selflessness and compassion towards others. She has truly and profoundly touched so many lives and hearts. She will continue to live amongst us all with the engraved memories of her kind words of wisdom, her free spirit and her most cherished ability to make us laugh.
Sarà per sempre ricordata per il suo cuore d’amore, il suo altruismo e la sua compassione verso gli altri. Ha veramente e profondamente toccato tante vite e cuori. Continuerà a vivere in mezzo a noi tutti con i ricordi incisi delle sue gentile parole di
saggezza, del suo spirito libero e della sua più amata capacità di farci ridere.
Due to prevailing circumstances, the funeral will be held in private. The family wishes to convey their gratitude to all relatives and friends for their support and understanding. A mass will be held at a later date, with details to follow.
In her loving memory, donations to the CHSLD Joseph-Francois-Perrault would be greatly appreciated. Immense gratitude towards all the members, doctors, nurses and staff for their ongoing selfless work.
