Roy Kenneth Lee
LEE, Roy Kenneth, 91, of Montreal, Quebec, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2019 after living a full and healthy life.
Roy is survived by his wife Claire of 49 years, son Randy (daughter-in-law Isabelle) and two loving grandchildren, Mia and Lex. Roy was a loving father, husband, brother to his predeceased sisters Olivia, Betty & Freda, grandfather, and friend to everyone.
Roy grew up in Montreal, QC and was a light heavy weight boxer in his prime. At the age of 91 he proclaimed to still be able “to go 10 rounds”! He loved Montreal smoke meat, being active outdoors and he especially loved his dogs Champy, Princess and Maggie.
He worked as a mechanical designer for over 25 years building, owning and managing SEMA Designs before eventually retiring in Vankleek Hill, ON. Roy was always there to help relatives and friends with different projects, opportunities and challenges and he had a special gift for taking care of elderly family and friends.
Roy will forever remain in our hearts. We love you!
Visitation will be from 11:00AM until 2:00 PM at Les Jardins Urgel Bourgie, located at 3955 Chemin de la Côte-de-Liesse, Saint-Laurent, QC H4N 2N6, on Saturday, December 21, 2019. Funeral services for Roy will be at the same location later that day from 2:30PM to 3:30 PM followed by a reception on the premises.
