Petitpas, Robert Stephen “Steve”
Age 56, born in Halifax, NS, passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 9th, 2019 at his home in Montreal. As a performer, singer/guitarist and composer, Steve pleased the general public in bars, cafes and city squares for over three decades. Steve was the class valedictorian of 1980 at Richelieu Valley Regional high school and a Concordia graduate (B.A. Eng. Lit.). Steve continued to write lyrics that challenged, amused and provoked the status quo. Predeceased by his loving parents Wayne and Mary. Survived by his four brothers: Wayne (Teresa), Chuck (Stacey), Randy (Kelly) and Marc (Jodi). Cherished Uncle of Jordan, Eva, Marissa, Maddy, Sean, James, Sebastien, Audrey, Griffin and Bennett.
