It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lucyna Kaczmarek on April 5th, 2019 at the age of 91.

Cherished and loving wife of the late Feliks Kaczmarek. Loving mother of Regina (John), Peter (Bozena), Ted (Pam), Richard (Brenda), Sue (Russ) and Joe (Diana). Loving Babcia of her eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She will also be missed by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the West Island Palliative Care Residence would be appreciated.
