Lucille Rochon (née Lawson)
It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Lucy on February 17 in her 98th year.
She will be greatly missed by her children Jim (Cathy McCarthy), Dan (Sandra Kugyelka) and Teresa (Eddie Leschiutta), her grandchildren Emma, Richard (Kelly Nugent), and Suzy and great-granddaughter Vera. She is predeceased by her husband Ernie, daughter Patsy, siblings Leo, Larry, Jerry and Suzanne as well as many brothers and sisters-in-law.
Lucy was always there for her family and was a great source of strength and wisdom. She will be missed at the two highlights of her week - the Saturday afternoon card games and the wonderful Sunday dinners with her close friend, Joan. Many thanks to Residence Soleil in DDO for their care.
The visitation will be held on Thursday, February 21 at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Home, 1255 Beaumont Ave., Mont-Royal from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 22 at 2 pm at The Annunciation of Our Lady Parish, 1020 Laird Blvd., Mont-Royal.
