Passed away peacefully on January 31, 2019, at the age of 71.

Predeceased by his parents Irena and Marian, sister Alicia. He leaves behind his wife Maria Sylwia, his children Kristina, Kristian, and Kristofer (Michelle); his sister Barbara; his nephews Mark (Renata) and Austen (Magdalena); his nieces Nadine and Monika, and his aunt Regina, as well as many other relatives, and friends in Canada, Poland and USA.

The Rosary prayer will take place at 8:00 PM on Thursday February 7th 2019.
