Lillian Louise Adnum (née Powell)
It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Louise Adnum (nee Powell), August 12th, 1938 to October 16th, 2018 at the age of 80 years. Loving wife and soul mate for 61 years to David Adnum of Greenfield Park, Quebec.
Adoring mother to: Donna (husband Richard Robert), Tina ( husband Steve McCarty), Joanne (husband Robert Brown) and Sandra. Cherished grandmother to Ricky (wife Gabrielle), Randy, Angie (deceased), Terri (husband Matthew), Nikita (husband Miguel), Jeffrey, Stephanie, Jordan (partner Cassidy), Tiffany, Brandon (partner Heather), Trista, and Devon (partner Eva). Proudest Great Grandmother to Hunter, Jeremy, Sheldon, Amy, Willow, Madison, Caleb, Kayden, Alexander and Luca.
Louise is survived by her brothers and sister: George (wife Denise), William “Billy” (wife Jeannette), James “Jimmy”, Frederick “Freddy”, Michael “Mike” (wife Lynne) and Jane “Mary”. Preceded by her brother Edward “Eddy”.
Louise is survived by her brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws: Johnny, Alfred “Alfy” (wife Jo-Anne), Dorothy “Dot (husband Wayne). Preceded by sister in law: Helen, and brother-in-law Donald (Florence).
Louise will be warmly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends for her gentle act of kindness and love for children. Her love for her family was absolute and throughout her life Louise continued to teach both her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren the meaning of selfless love. Her most favorite role in her world was being a mother and wife.
The family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses, and all the staff at the Palliative Care Unit at 5050 Place Nugent in Brossard for their kindness and compassionate care.
