It is with great sadness that the family of Pasquale (Pat) D'Onofrio announces his sudden passing on Saturday, october 7th 2017 at the young age of 59.

Pat will be forever remembered by his parents Mario Giuseppe and Maria Carolina, his wife Angela, his brother Joe (Rosie), his sisters Assunta (Jean-Pierre) and Rosa, nieces and nephews Daniel, Gaby, Joseph, Melissa (Geverny), Pierre and Stephanie, and close family and friends.
