Linda Cyr
Linda Cyr, 64, of Montreal, Quebec passed away suddenly May 26, 2017, at the Lakeshore General Hospital. Born June 9, 1952, in Saint John NB. Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Pauline (McQuade) Cyr, and her siblings Sharron (Elliot), Shirley (Staples), Barbara (McBride), and Doug Cyr.
Linda is survived by her two daughters Tammy Plunkett (Rod) and Diane Christine Lapointe (Shawn); six adored grandchildren Sarah, Victoria, Erin, Anderson, Marcus, and Marley; brothers Stan (Joan) and Steve (Debbie); sisters Donna (Roger), Jean (Oscar), and Brenda (Claude). The beloved Aunty Linda to so many and a second mom and nanny to numerous family friends, Linda spent her life showing up for people in need and as the life of the party.
An additional Celebration of Life memorial ceremony will be held at Verdun Lawn Bowling Club 6000 Blvd LaSalle, Verdun, QC H4H 2S9 July 30, 2017, from 3:00 – 10:00 pm
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at the Lakeshore General Hospital ICU for their exceptional support in her final hours.
