In Montreal passed away on April 4, 2016, at the age of 83, Mr Jacques Baril, beloved husband of Mrs. Lise Bernier.

Besides his wife he will be sadly missed by his family, relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Montreal Heart Institute, would be greatly appreciated.
