In Montreal, passed away on January 18th, 2016, at the age of 75, Mr Jean-Guy Tardif.

He leaves to mourn his partner Linda O'Brien, his children Michel (Françoise), Linda (Dean) et Sylvie (Sylvain); his grandchildren Danielle, Stéphanie, Emmanuelle, Sean et Steven; his great-grandchildren Shawn-William, Keven, Lévi, Alexis and Christian; his sisters Monique (Robert) and Claudette, his brother Marcel (Marie-Josée)as well as his nephews Mathieu and Marc.

In lieu of flowers, donation to Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
