Tagalakis Constantinos
Costa at the age 80, passed away peacefully at the Montreal General Hospital on March 15, 2007. He was a strong, kind, loving, generous and spiritual man who always put others before him. His heart of gold is a testimony to all the people he helped in the community and has left behind.
Costa immigrated from Messinia, Greece on January 7, 1957. He leaves to mourn and will be greatly missed by his loving and dedicated wife of 50 years, Efstathia (nee Bouras) and his son Aristides (Ari) and daughter-in-law, Nicki (nee Di Lillo) and two grandchildren, Costa and Melissa whom he loved and adored, his daughter, Vasiliki (Vicki) Tagalakis and her partner (Jonathan, "Yianni" Keeley). As well, he is survived by his youngest brother George, sister-in-law, Georgia, his nieces, nephews, spouses and children and all his family all over the world.
We wish to extend a special Thank you to the dedicated staff at the Dialysis Unit and the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at the Montreal General Hospital for their compassion and exceptional care.
A funeral Service will be held at St George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 2455 côte Ste-Catherine, Montreal on Monday March 19, 2007 at 11 a.m. followed by internment at Les Jardins Urgel Bourgie, Montreal.
In lieu of flowers, donation to the Montreal General Hospital Dialysis Unit and the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit would be gratefully accepted in memory of Costa Tagalakis.
