Dollard St-Laurent
Peacefully in his 86th year on April 6, 2015 at St. Hilaire, Quebec.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife Jessie, and leaves behind his children Jocelyne Hamel (Late Claude), Michel (Francine), Suzanne Balazsi (Gordon), Denise Bunce (Michael), Pierre, David and Patrick (Marylene), his adoring grandchildren Jonathan (Nina), Lianne, Matthew, Claudia, Audrey (Thierry), Maxime, William, Christopher, Jessica, Zachary, Thomas, Elliot, great-grandchildren James and Liam and many family and friends.
Dollard (‘Dolly’) enjoyed a wonderful and full life, winning 5 Stanley Cups, 4 with the Canadiens and 1 with the Blackhawks, in a 12 year NHL career.
Later he was a successful insurance broker. Passionate about golf, he was a director of Golf Quebec.
The family extends grateful thanks to the dedicated staff at Le Quartier (Mont-St-Hilaire), and
especially to his companion Gloria Loiselle.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Montreal Canadiens Children’s foundation.
