Dr André Gamache
In Montreal, on December 11, 2014, passed away Dr. André Gamache, retired from Louis H. Lafontaine Hospital, has been president of the CMDP and medical expert for the Ministry of Justice, district of Terrebonne.
He is survived by his wife Françoise Rivest, his sons Denis (Leslie) and Pierre, his grandchildren Alexandre and Jennifer, his sister Me Michèle Gamache, his brother-in-law Jean Rivest (Diane), his sisters-in-law Andrée and Ghislaine and many parents and friends.
