It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father Edward Makula on September 13, 2014, beloved husband of the late Christine Marie Koelblen.

He will be greatly missed and mourned by his children Marguerite (Manuel R. Cardoso), Danielle (Jack Bielecki), Pierre (Maryann van den Hoeven), his nine grandchildren, his sisters Helena and Adela and many other relatives and friends.

Edward was a proud WWII veteran of the Polish Home Army and an enthusiastic promoter of Polish culture in Montreal.

In lieu of flowers donations to the "Fondation de L'Institut Canadien-Polonais du Bien-Être Inc" will be appreciated.
