In Loving Memory of Sheila Pilgrim

Sheila Pilgrim passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 20, 2026. Her passing leaves a profound absence in the lives of all who knew and loved her.

Sheila was the heart of her family and community. Her cooking had a rare way of bringing people together, turning ordinary days into cherished memories. She loved to host celebrations for any occasion, opening her home with warmth, laughter and generosity. Through these gatherings, she created bonds that will endure far beyond her years.

Sheila was a devoted mother to her children, Terence, Sandra, Kevin and Christopher and a loving grandmother to Caleb, Romelle, Daniel, Reina, Queen and Kenya. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren, who were a source of immense joy and pride in her final days.

Though she leaves a hole that cannot be filled, her love, faith and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were touched by her life. We take comfort in knowing that she is now resting peacefully in the arms of Jesus.

She will be forever loved and never forgotten.

The family will receive condolences on January 30, 2026, at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, located at 1275 Dollard Avenue, LaSalle, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A religious service will be held on January 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Trinity Pentecostal Church, located at 1050 Shevchenko Boulevard, LaSalle.

Interment will follow at the Rideau Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
