It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Louise Sawaya (née Sara), who passed away on December 26, 2025, in Montreal, at the age of 94.

She is survived by her daughters Joan and Lynn (Denis Fortier), her grandson Charles (Catherine Fournier), her granddaughter Dominique (Sarah Maude Demers), her great-grandson Louis, her sister Carolyn, as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive condolences on February 13, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at the Urgel Bourgie Complex, located at 1255 Beaumont Avenue, Mount Royal.
A religious service will be held at the same location at 6:30 p.m.

Following the service, the family will receive guests in the reception hall of the funeral home.
