It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pietro Tartaglia, on December 31, 2025, in Montreal at the age of 78.

He leaves to mourn his children Pasquale (Patricia) and Giovanna, his grandchildren Pietro, Lorenzo, and Alessandro, his brother and sisters Giuseppe (Elizabeth), Antoinetta, Franca (Claude), Enza (Joe), Tina (Armenio), Wanda, and Fiorella, as well as many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, January 12, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Athos Funeral Home, located at 2500 Perron Avenue, Laval.

A ceremony will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 10 a.m. in the complex's reception hall, followed by burial at the Jardins Urgel Bourgie Laval cemetery.
