EVANGELOS KOLIAKOS
1961 – 2025

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Evangelos Koliakos on November 10, at the age of 64, at the Palliative Care Center of the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Residence, after a courageous three-year fight with cancer. He was a resident of St-Césaire and the beloved son of the late Dimitrios Koliakos and Anna Zafiropoulos.

He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife Diane Horsfall, his sons Dimitri James Koliakos and Kristopher Koliakos (David Gallucci), his adored granddaughter Kellyann Koliakos, his brother Constantine Koliakos, as well as his sisters-in-law Sylvie Horsfall (Don Thompson), Linda Horsfall (Marcel Jr. De la Durantaye), Nancy Horsfall (Luc Brosseau), and Cindy Horsfall (Alain Rigault), along with his mother-in-law Raymonde Geolier. He will also be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, cousins, and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, November 18, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Jardin Urgel Bourgie Saint-Hubert, 8145 Chemin de Chambly, Saint-Hubert, QC. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 19, at 12:00 p.m., at St. John the Baptist Church, 5220 Grande Allée, Saint-Hubert, QC J3Y 1A1, followed by burial at Jardin Urgel Bourgie Saint-Hubert.
