It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Maria Goudes De Stefani, who passed away on October 19, 2025, in Montreal, at the age of 84.

Wife of the late Umberto De Stefani, she is survived by her children Gianna(Michel), and Michael.

She was a woman of exceptional warmth, whose positive spirit was infectious. To simply be in her presence was to feel uplifted, as she consistently approached life with grace and a smile.

Her greatest joy in life was her family. She was a great mother who loved her children deeply and unconditionally. She consistently put the needs of others before her own, dedicating her time and energy to ensuring the happiness and well-being of those she cherished. 

Maria was beloved by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, located at 1255 Beaumont Avenue, Montreal.
A memorial ceremony will follow in her honor.
