It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Francesco Silvaggio, on July 28, 2025, at the age of 95.

Beloved husband of Michelina Silvaggio (nee Cristofaro), he leaves to mourn his children Domenico (Connie Iafigliola), Tina (Franco Cacchione). His grandchildren, Gianfranco Silvaggio (Vanessa Gianfrancesco), Pamela Silvaggio (Vincent D'Adamo), Daniele Cacchione (Sarah Casquinha), Amedeo Cacchione (Sara Fusco) and great-grandchildren Jace and Delano Silvaggio, Zoe D'Adamo, Abigail Cacchione. ​He is also lovingly remembered by extended family and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, located at 6700 Beaubien Street E, Montreal, QC H1M 3E3.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., at Notre-Dame-de-la-Consolata church, located at 1700 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montréal, QC H2E 1T2, followed by the burial at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges cemetery.
