Born June 2, 1949 in Sudbury, Ontario. Bruce passed away on May 28, 2025 at home in Ville Saint-Laurent, Québec, following a long illness, close to his 76th birthday. Dear son of the late Norman Taggart and Lillian Round. Predeceased by his partner, the late Liliane De Raemaeker (8 months ago). He will be missed by his brother, Rodney Taggart, sister-in-law, Laura Fabrizi and nieces Natasha and Vanessa. Bruce retired in 2006 from Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR), where he worked in various jobs for over 38 years. He will be remembered by friends from the Royal Canadian Legion 98 Ville Saint-Laurent, where they shared many good times. As per his wishes, no formal service will be held. He will be laid to rest at the family plot at the Mount-Royal Cemetery, in Montreal, Québec, on June 20, 2025 at 11 a.m. followed by a private reception.
