It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Salvatore Iannazzo on May 31, 2025 in Montreal. He was the husband of Mrs. Maria Durante.

In addition to his beloved wife, Mr. Iannazzo is survived by his children Caterina (Cosmo), Carmela (Roberto), Angelo (Josie) and Pina (Michael), and his grandchildren Emily, Michael and Salvatore.

He is also survived by his sister Maria Grazia (late Pasquale), sister-in-law Giovannina (late Francesco), brother-in-law Pasquale (Maria), nephews and nieces, and many other relatives and friends in Canada, Italy and Australia.

The family will receive condolences on June 5, 2025, from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien St., Montreal. Funeral services will be held on June 6 at 1 p.m. at Église Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel, 7645 rue du Mans, Montréal, followed by interment at Repos St-François d'Assise.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
