It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elvira Brimo peacefully and surrounded by her loved ones.

Widow of the late Georges Beheit, she is survived by her daughter Jouhayna (Ghassan Bouyakdan) and her son Habib John Beheit.

Khalil Bouyakdan (Maya Hatwik), Rabih Bouyakdan (Stephanie Yasmine), Lana Beheit (Marc Laurin), as well as her great-grandchildren, Jayden, Matteo. Micah Bouyakdan.

Elvira will join her two brothers, the late Khalil Brimo (Ayda Yazigi) and the late Tony Brimo (Mona Daher), and will also be missed by her sisters Amal (the late Pierre Zahr) and Souad Brimo.

She is survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends in Canada, Lebanon and Syria.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, May 26, 2025, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie/Athos Funeral Complex, 3955 Chemin de la Côte de Liesse, Saint-Laurent.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 10 a.m. at Cathédrale Saint-Sauveur, 10025 boulevard de l'Acadie, Montréal.

Followed by burial at Jardin Urgel Bourgie/Athos Cemetery, 2500 Ave des Perron, Laval.
