Rachel Boutin Fournier
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rachel Boutin Fournier, on March 24, 2025, at the age of 85. She left us surrounded by love and compassion.
A woman of character and heart, she touched the lives of many with her lively spirit, generosity, kindness, words of comfort, and warm presence.
Wife of the late Dr. Antonio Fournier and daughter of the late Marie-Paule Lavoie and the late Albert Boutin, she is survived by: her children Paul (Angeline O’Neill), Michèle, Vincent (Osnery Hernández), Richard (Guylaine Gélineau), and Monique (Marc Rioux); her grandchildren Dara, André, Léo, Alice, Sébastien, Éloi, and Laura; her sister Denise (the late Yves Bourassa) and her brothers Gustave (the late Liliane Gagnon), Doris, and Gilles (Madeleine Dufour); her brothers-in-law Aimé Fournier and Duncan MacInnes; as well as her nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
The family wishes to thank the healthcare staff at Pierre-Boucher Hospital for the care provided.
