In Montreal, on Wednesday, March 27, 2025, Jeanine Viaud, wife of the late Bruckner Bourjolly, passed away at the age of 103.

She is survived by her children: Marie Françoise Chalviré, née Bourjolly, Chantal René, née Bourjolly, and her husband Serge, and Frantz Bourjolly; her grandchildren: Stanley Chalviré and his wife Gretchen, Philippe Chalviré and his wife Christy, Christine Vioselin, née Chalviré and her husband Smith, Georges Andy René and his wife Pascale Elie, Steffan René, and Elizabeth Valmé, née René, and her husband Patrick; her great-grandchildren: Samirah, Isaac, Christian, Cameron, Charlotte, Eli, Noah, Caleb, Gabryel, Maya, Karim, Naomie, Lorenzo, Victoria, and Matteo; her siblings and their families: Yolande Clergé, née Viaud, Arnold Viaud, and Judex Viaud; her many nephews and nieces and their families, Gladys Coby, Nicole Prophète, Yannick André, Arthur Charles-Pierre, Maurice Charles-Pierre, Marie Jo Bélizaire; to her cousin Cinette Meo Vaugues and her children Marjorie Marcelin and Gérard Vaugues and their families, to Junie Stinville and her son Bernard Malette and family as well as to her many friends who surrounded and cherished her, especially Marie Michelle Dimanche and Marie Rose Gilles.

The family will receive condolences at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Home (6700 Beaubien Street East, Montreal) on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 9:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
