Peacefully, alongside his great confidante and beloved wife, Louise Blouin, Mr. François St-Aubin passed away on February 1, 2025.

He was the son of the late Florida Lapierre St-Aubin and the late Armand St-Aubin.

In addition to his wife, he is mourned by his sisters Marie St-Aubin (late Jean-Marc Poulin), Louise St-Aubin (Paul André Dumont), the late André (Joe) St-Aubin, and the late Thérèse St-Aubin (late Joseph Beaucage), as well as his brother-in-law Jacques Blouin (Coco) and his mother-in-law Edna Beauchamp (late Jacques Blouin). He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, several relatives, friends, and cherished neighbors.

Mr. St-Aubin managed several renowned establishments, including Brasserie François St-Aubin, Crème glacée St-Aubin, La Corne Steakhouse, St-Aubin Café-Resto (3 locations), A&W, and the bar Les Beaux Jeux.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, March 14, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 15, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Urgel-Bourgie Funeral Complex, 3955 Côte-de-Liesse Road, in Saint-Laurent.

A celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, March 15, at 4:00 PM at the same location.
