We regret to announce the sudden passing of Mrs. Anne-Marie Hopkins (née McCormick) , aged 88, on January 30, 2025, in St-Jean Sur Richelieu. She now rests with her loving husband Albert G. Hopkins.

She is survived by her children Tom (Isabelle) and Jennifer, her grandchildren Jordan (Irene), Matthew (Katia), Emily and Ashley, her brother Cyril, nephews and nieces, and her many friends and family who will cherish the precious moments spent at her side.

Anne was born and raised in Grand Falls, Newfoundland. She moved to Montreal to continue her studies and pursue her passion as a nurse at St Mary's Hospital. It was there that she met the love of her life, Albert.    

She was a devoted and caring woman, appreciated by all, whose kindness will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing her. Passionate about life and always ready to lend a helping hand, her door was always open.

She left an indelible mark on the hearts of her family and friends. She also had  a passion for music and the piano.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, March 8 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Complex in Saint-Hubert, 8145 chemin Chambly, 514 735-2025. A ceremony in her honour will be held that same Saturday, March 8, at 4 p.m. in the complex chapel.
